Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Uganda, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a revised "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
